Tilda Purse and A new quilt in progress

I am making Christmas gifts...
Another Tilda purse.. I came across the fabric this is made of the other day
it was a 'couldnt resist' fabric. The yoyo is made from the fabric in a previous post.

I am enjoying wrapping the beads with wire on my purses. I have looked in the shops for wire wrapped beads and I just cannot find them.. so I have decided to just do it myself.. not that professional looking but creative I guess.

The yoyo

Now... I have had the Frolic charm pack for some months and yesterday I got some fresh inspiration.
I was blog hopping,as you do and I came across this quilt on Piece n Quilt click HERE, to view it.... I love the quilting she has done on the quilt.. just gorgeous.
So I decided to have a go at doing some circles. I like circles and I have been thinking of ways I could do something with them for a while.
So I used the charm pack and made the centre of the quilt.
I have yardage that I will use

A closer look

Hugs

The frolic fabrics look gorgeous. I like the circles on the squares.
Your wired beads look great, I think you have done a great job doing them yourself.
Lovely Tilda purse.

Hi,Lisa...
I like your new Tilda Purse very much.Beautiful colours-nice design and additions.
I am terribly sorry-I haven't reacted earlier-I had no time...So sad news about the miners.
As I told You before-we had similar accidents, when I lived in Poland, also the National Grief. So sorry for their families...so sorry for them...

You are a good girl making presents already! I love your new circles, great fabrics too. I bought that pot plant fabric at the quilting fair we went to, it's so cute and looks lovely made up into a purse. Unlike mine which is still nicely folded!

Love the circles on the square! Are you cutting them out and sewing them on squares, or are you piecing them somehow? They are very cute! I love the beaded trim on the zipper pull for your purses. What a nice touch!
