I purchased these fabrics in a sale yesterday for the Spring Swap Im doing.....Watch the space for the finished mini quilt for my swap partner. These are the fabrics that it will be made in. I had some leftover so I made these cute little dolls from Rosalies new book GIFT. They are so cute and would look great hanging on a christmas tree made out of really funky fabrics.
I will be making alot more of these for gifts for people. I am getting really excited about making things for both of my swaps. I have made yo-yos out of these same fabrics for the Spring Swap quilt. I will be doing some hand embroidery on it too. My recipient dosnt know who she is...it is a secret swap.....the Friends one, which I have mentioned before isnt, so I carnt post what I am making for this special person until after she recieves the parcel.
